The SIMPLE products are covered by a warranty against defects in manufacturing or materials from the date of purchase, with Simple Medical (Shenzhen) Limited having no obligations under this warranty in following conditions:
(a) The product was not purchased directly from Seller or through an authorized reseller or distributor.
(b) The product has been altered or modified in any way.
(c) Any components or parts not originally supplied by Seller have been incorporated into the product.
(d) The product has not been used in strict accordance with the Seller’s Instructions for Use.
(e) The product has been subjected to abuse, neglect, misuse, accident, improper storage, or damage caused by the actions or omissions of any party other than Seller.
